Silk velvet and fashion in Venice

You will visit Luigi Bevilacqua textile silk weaving mill to learn about the ancient technique of making velvet now used by major fashion brands and for upholstery of excellent quality. You will then move to the island of Giudecca to visit the Fortuny showroom and its magnificent garden and learn about its fascinating history.
